BRU Burger Bar at 229 S Grant Street, Bloomington is a few blocks from Indiana University's main campus and the downtown Bloomington dining corridor. Craft Construction Management delivered the tenant finish for Cunningham Restaurant Group's 15th BRU location — restaurant kitchen, bar, dining room, and exterior storefront improvements on a Grant Street footprint.

College-town restaurant construction has its own rhythm: hard open dates tied to academic calendars, heavy brand fixture coordination, and a kitchen that has to deliver volume during home game weekends. We ran the build around that reality.
