Craft Construction Management is a full-service commercial general contractor based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since 2009 we've partnered with owners, operators, developers, and architects across Central Indiana and the Midwest to deliver work that lasts — from hospitality buildouts and office tenant finishes to ground-up commercial construction and historic adaptive reuse.
We take on the projects where reputations matter. A restaurant that has to open on a specific day. A tenant finish that has to happen around a team still in the space. A historic building that needs to feel both new and original. In every case our approach is the same: be transparent about scope, schedule, and budget from day one, and keep it that way through closeout.

We handle pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, subcontractor procurement, permitting, site supervision, change-order management, and closeout — with the same team from start to finish.
Our work spans Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, and the surrounding Central Indiana communities, plus repeat engagements with hospitality operators expanding into Bloomington, South Bend, and beyond.
